Established in 2019, Abrielle Cattery is a family-oriented cattery born from a shared passion for animals and a commitment to ethical, responsible breeding.

Ahmed, who was raised in a farm-style home surrounded by animals from cows to birds developed a deep love and respect for all living creatures from a young age. Ateeyah, on the other hand, has always adored cats but faced the challenge of severe allergies and asthma. When we discovered the Siberian breed, known for its hypoallergenic qualities, everything fell into place, and we knew this was our calling.

At Abrielle Cattery, our Siberians are more than just cats they are part of our family and daily life. We raise our kittens in a loving, home-based environment and are deeply involved in every stage of their development. From one week old to the time, they’re ready to leave for their forever homes, we provide ongoing guidance and support to future owners. We believe that our clients become part of the Abrielle family, and we are always available to offer advice, education, and encouragement along the way.

We are deeply committed to preserving and promoting the Siberian breed. Our goal is to raise kittens that are not only healthy and well-socialized but also a true representation of the majestic Siberian.

We are proud to be active in the South African cat fancy scene. Cat shows are a vital part of maintaining and improving breed standards. We actively participate in shows throughout South Africa and encourage our kitten owners to do the same. Showing provides valuable insight, education, and recognition—and it strengthens the community around this incredible breed.

Ahmed is a qualified judge for Chinchilla Longhair, Exotic, and Persian breeds and continues to expand his judging portfolio. Ateeyah is also pursuing her studies in feline breed standards, judging and feline behaviour.
