Operating hours: Monday to Saturday. Check-in and check-out times: 10:00 – 14:00. Early check-in or late check-out is available on request at an additional fee of R50.00. Reservation fee: once we confirm your booking, a 50% reservation fee secures it, and the balance is due 3 days before check-in. If check-in is within 10 days, the full amount is due straight away. Your room is only held once the reservation fee is received. Cancellations: cancel at least 7 days before check-in for a refund, less an admin fee of 10% of the stay. Within 7 days of check-in, the reservation fee is non-refundable. Peak season (15 Dec – 10 Jan): a minimum stay of 5 nights, free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in.

We will be serving premium dry food such as Royal Canin or Hill's. If your cat has specific dietary requirements, please make sure you provide enough of their preferred food for the duration of their stay.

Where are you?

In Eldoraigne, Centurion – easy to reach from Pretoria, Midrand, Irene, Rooihuiskraal and Johannesburg North. We send directions when your booking is confirmed.

When can I drop off and collect my cat?

Monday to Saturday between 10:00 and 14:00. Early drop-off or late collection can be arranged for R50. We're closed on Sundays for check-in and check-out, but cats staying with us are cared for every day.

What does my cat need?

An up-to-date vaccination card, any medication with clear instructions, and their own food if they're on a special diet. A favourite blanket or toy helps them settle.

Do you take dogs?

No – Abrielle is a cats-only hotel, so it stays calm and quiet, without barking.

Will I hear how my cat is doing?

Yes. We send photo updates during the stay to a private page just for you, and you can WhatsApp us any time.

How do I book and pay?
